India ka Republic Day har saal 26 January ko celebrate kiya jaata hai, taaki 1950 me Indian Constitution ke adoption ko honour kiya ja sake. Ye din India ke sovereign, democratic republic banne ka symbol hai, jahan desh ko govern karne ki power logon ke haath me hoti hai aur sab kuch Constitution ke rules aur laws ke according chalta hai.

15 August 1947 ko India azaad to ho gaya tha, lekin us time tak desh ka apna permanent Constitution nahi tha. Kuch saalon tak India me British rule ke banaye hue laws hi follow kiye jaate rahe. Phir 26 January 1950 ko Indian Constitution lagu hua, jisse Bharat ko apni legal aur political pehchaan mili. Isi wajah se Republic Day poore desh me garv aur samman ke saath manaya jaata hai.
